S.I.S. will be at the following Guitar Centers 5 days a week for repairs. Repairs are taken on a first-come first-served basis, no appointments are necessary.  Most repairs can be completed within one day.  Major repairs will be taken to our shop and brought back when completed.  Please contact S.I.S. with any specific repair questions.

S.I.S. shop location. Our shop is now open to the public by appointment only Tuesday thru Friday.  You MUST call first to make an appointment to be sure a tech will be available to help you.  Most work taken in at our shop will have a 2 to 4 day turnaround time.  For same day service, please visit one of our techs at Guitar Center.

S.I.S. Guitar Center pickup and drop-off service.  S.I.S. is the official advanced repair station for most Southern California Guitar Centers.  Guitars can be brought into any of the following Guitar Centers for advanced repair or customization by S.I.S.  We offer pickup service to each store, or the store can choose to ship to us.  After we receive the guitar, we will call you with a price, service your instrument, and deliver it back to Guitar Center on our next scheduled delivery date.
